摘要 | 【中文】本发明提供了一种空铁列车用电池拖车,属于悬挂式单轨技术领域。电池拖车包括承载架和两个走行组件,两个走行组件分别连接在承载架的两端。第一连接组件的一端与其中一个走行组件通过球铰连接,另一端用于与第一转向架连接;第二连接组件的一端与另外一个走行组件通过球铰连接,另一端用于与第二转向架连接。上述设计使得承载架在没有安装导向轮的情况下也能跟着转向架的走行方向移动,并且承载架的横向自由度被限制,避免了其与箱梁侧壁之间的刮擦。由于省去了导向轮,其使得承载架的横向尺寸可以加大,从而能够通过增大电池横向尺寸的方式来提高其容量,进而提高空铁列车的续航里程。
【EN】The invention provides a battery trailer for an air-rail train, and belongs to the technical field of suspended monorail. The battery trailer comprises a bearing frame and two walking assemblies, wherein the two walking assemblies are respectively connected to two ends of the bearing frame. One end of the first connecting assembly is connected with one of the walking assemblies through a spherical hinge, and the other end of the first connecting assembly is used for being connected with the first steering frame; one end of the second connecting assembly is connected with the other walking assembly through a spherical hinge, and the other end of the second connecting assembly is used for being connected with the second bogie. The design enables the bearing frame to move along the walking direction of the bogie under the condition that the guide wheels are not installed, the transverse degree of freedom of the bearing frame is limited, and scraping between the bearing frame and the side wall of the box girder is avoided. Due to the fact that the guide wheels are omitted, the transverse size of the bearing frame can be increased, the capacity of the high-speed rail train can be improved in a mode of increasing the transverse size of the battery, and the endurance mileage of the high-speed rail train is further improved. |
