摘要:【中文】本发明公开了一种预制电缆井及其施工方法,其中,预制电缆井包括:预制底板与预制墙体,所述预制墙体的第一端的两侧与对应的预制底板处分别设有防水胶条,且预制墙体的第一端与预制底板之间填充有灌缝砂浆,预制墙体的第二端设有第一连接台阶,预制底板上开设有集水口;预制盖板与预制人孔板,预制人孔板与预制盖板设置在第一连接台阶上且通过灌缝砂浆将预制人孔板、预制盖板以及预制墙体连成一体;预制集水坑,预制集水坑与集水口连接;预制墙体包括一对相对的连通面,连通面上开设有供线缆穿过的电缆孔,及其施工方法。本发明提高施工效率,缩短了施工周期,而且由于连接后的整体性提高,从而预制电缆井的防水性能提升。 【EN】The invention discloses a prefabricated cable well and a construction method thereof, wherein the prefabricated cable well comprises the following components: the prefabricated wall comprises a prefabricated bottom plate and a prefabricated wall body, wherein waterproof rubber strips are respectively arranged on two sides of a first end of the prefabricated wall body and the corresponding prefabricated bottom plate, crack pouring mortar is filled between the first end of the prefabricated wall body and the prefabricated bottom plate, a first connecting step is arranged at a second end of the prefabricated wall body, and a water collecting opening is formed in the prefabricated bottom plate; the prefabricated cover plate and the prefabricated manhole plate are arranged on the first connecting step and are connected into a whole through crack pouring mortar; prefabricating a sump, wherein the prefabricated sump is connected with the water collecting port; the prefabricated wall body comprises a pair of opposite communication surfaces, wherein cable holes for cables to pass through are formed in the communication surfaces, and the construction method of the prefabricated wall body. The invention improves the construction efficiency, shortens the construction period, and improves the waterproof performance of the prefabricated cable well due to the improvement of the integrity after connection.
