摘要：【中文】本发明公开了一种自硫化氯丁橡胶/天然橡胶衬里组合物及其应用方法。本发明的衬里组合物包括氯丁橡胶80～90重量份，天然橡胶10～20重量份，采用氧化锌‑低温超速促进剂硫化体系和无硫硫化体系共同硫化。衬里粘贴在设备上后，无需加热硫化，可在25～40℃环境温度下自硫化，可在设备现场粘贴施工，因为衬里材料比预硫化氯丁橡胶衬里柔软、也比未并用天然橡胶的氯丁橡胶衬里柔软，适合于粘贴大型设备、不能移动的设备、以及有筋板和多孔板复杂设备，另外本发明产品具有优良的耐腐蚀性、优良的耐老化性、良好的耐油性能、优良的粘结性和很高的初始粘结力，适用于要求使用寿命很长的核电设备防腐和多孔板等复杂设备的衬胶和现场修补等。 【EN】The invention discloses a self-vulcanized chloroprene rubber/natural rubber lining composition and an application method thereof.
