The invention effectively separates scales which are easily deposited on the central air-conditioning condenser pipeline and the cooling tower filler in the circulating water through the mud-water separation device, effectively kills bacteria and algae in the system through the degerming and algae-killing mechanism consisting of the liquid medicine box, the first water pump, the first three-way pipe, the spray pipe and the spray head, does not change the main structure and the operation mode of the traditional central air-conditioning and cooling tower, is intelligently controlled, has lower input cost, improves the heat transfer efficiency, saves the energy consumption, and effectively prolongs the service life of the central air-conditioning system.
