The system comprises: the terminal equipment, the execution device and the data transmission device connected with the execution device; wherein: the terminal equipment is used for presetting the process parameters of each processing point and sending the process parameters of the appointed processing point to the bound data transmission device; the data transmission device is used for transmitting the process parameters to the connected execution device; and the executing device is used for processing the workpiece at the processing point according to the process parameters. The method and the device can automatically set the process parameters of the execution device, thereby avoiding errors caused by manual setting of the process parameters.
