摘要：【中文】本发明公开了一种手柄转动限位结构，包括阀体、安装孔、阀杆、扁轴和手柄等，主要是在安装孔顶部设有长圆孔，该长圆孔由同轴心围合的两个对称的弧边内壁和两个对称的直边内壁构成；而扁轴则由同轴心围合的两个对称的外弧面、两个对称的直面，以及相连在每个相邻的外弧面与直面之间的、共两对对称的斜面构成；工作时将扁轴其中一对对称的斜面分别接触长圆孔的两个直边内壁后，扁轴再转动至另一对对称的斜面分别接触长圆孔的两个直边内壁就能被限位，从而形成了正、反定角度转动；因此，改进后的结构具有结构简单、加工简便、装配容易等优点，它能较好解决装配后手柄的歪斜偏差现象以及保证装配后手柄转动限位角度的误差控制在较小范围内。 【EN】The invention discloses a handle rotation limiting structure, which comprises a valve body, a mounting hole, a valve rod, a flat shaft, a handle and the like, wherein a long circular hole is mainly formed in the top of the mounting hole, and the long circular hole is formed by two symmetrical arc-edge inner walls and two symmetrical straight-edge inner walls which are coaxially enclosed; the flat shaft consists of two symmetrical outer cambered surfaces, two symmetrical straight surfaces and two pairs of symmetrical inclined surfaces which are connected between each adjacent outer cambered surface and the straight surface; when the rotating mechanism works, after one pair of symmetrical inclined planes of the flat shaft are respectively contacted with the two straight-edge inner walls of the long circular hole, the flat shaft rotates until the other pair of symmetrical inclined planes are respectively contacted with the two straight-edge inner walls of the long circular hole, and then the flat shaft can be limited, so that the rotation at a positive fixed angle and a negative fixed angle is formed; therefore, the improved structure has the advantages of simple structure, simple and convenient processing, easy assembly and the like, and can better solve the deflection phenomenon of the assembled handle and ensure that the error of the assembled handle rotation limiting angle is controlled in a smaller range.
