摘要：【中文】本发明公开了一种水溶性纸充氩局部保护焊接工法，包括以下步骤：S1、焊前准备；S2、钢管加工；S3、焊口组对；S4、封堵安装；S5、氩气填充；S6、焊接加工；S7、焊后检验；S8、焊缝返修；S9、焊后处理；本发明通过在管道焊接的基础上，采用氩气等保护气体焊接，对各种厚度的管件进行焊接制作，采用水溶纸封堵小空间气体保护焊接，即组对前在管内距焊口两侧各150mm处贴水溶性纸，形成一组临时堵板，然后在对口间隙处采用充氩针头向管内充氩气，在较小空间内利用少量氩气做到对焊缝充分保护，当管道系统进行水压试验时，水溶性纸很快溶解于水，并随水排除，不会对管道质量和后期使用造成不利影响进而有效的弥补了现有技术中的不足。 【EN】The invention discloses a water-soluble paper argon-filled local protection welding method, which comprises the following steps: s1, preparing before welding; s2, processing the steel pipe; s3, weld crater assembly; s4, plugging and installing; s5, filling argon; s6, welding; s7, post-welding inspection; s8, repairing welding seams; s9, post-welding treatment; according to the invention, on the basis of pipeline welding, the pipes with various thicknesses are welded by adopting protective gas such as argon, and the small-space gas shielded welding is blocked by adopting water-soluble paper, namely, the water-soluble paper is pasted at the positions, 150mm away from the two sides of a welded junction, in the pipe before assembly to form a group of temporary blocking plates, then the argon is filled in the pipe by adopting an argon filling needle head at the gap between the two junctions, and the weld joint is fully protected by utilizing a small amount of argon in a small space.
