The system is characterized in that a line which is branched from an outlet line of a refrigerator is connected with an inlet of a cold storage pool, and an outlet of the cold storage pool is respectively connected with an inlet and an outlet of a heat exchanger. The cooling system provided by the invention can transfer the power consumption of the power peak, balance the power grid peak-valley difference, reduce the investment of a newly-built power plant, fully utilize the limited non-renewable resources, save the energy and improve the working efficiency of the system.
