摘要:【中文】本发明提供了一种过山车逆止降噪音装置,包括缓冲装置、磁力轮、逆止爪、传动板、防倒齿和辅助轨道;所述防倒齿为条形并平行固定在辅助轨道上表面的一侧;所述逆止爪位于防倒齿上方,逆止爪一端与过山车车体构成转动连接,另一端端面与防倒齿上表面相贴合,所述逆止爪近磁力轮的侧面固定有调节杆;所述磁力轮借助缓冲装置位于辅助导轨上。本装置安全、稳定,可有效降低过山车在提升阶段时产生的噪音。当列车运行到提升段时,逆止爪沿着防倒齿向上运动,磁力轮沿着防倒齿边上的辅助轨道运动。磁力轮带动传动板转动,从而带动逆止爪向上翘起,离开防倒齿,消除了逆止爪与防倒齿的撞击噪音。 【EN】The invention provides a roller coaster non-return noise reduction device which comprises a buffer device, a magnetic wheel, a non-return claw, a transmission plate, anti-reverse teeth and an auxiliary track, wherein the buffer device is arranged on the magnetic wheel; the anti-back teeth are strip-shaped and are fixed on one side of the upper surface of the auxiliary track in parallel; the reverse stopping claw is positioned above the reverse preventing tooth, one end of the reverse stopping claw is rotationally connected with the roller coaster body, the end face of the other end of the reverse stopping claw is attached to the upper surface of the reverse preventing tooth, and an adjusting rod is fixed on the side face of the reverse stopping claw close to the magnetic wheel; the magnetic wheel is positioned on the auxiliary guide rail by means of a buffer device. The device is safe and stable, and can effectively reduce the noise generated by the roller coaster in the lifting stage. When the train moves to the lifting section, the check claw moves upwards along the anti-falling teeth, and the magnetic wheel moves along the auxiliary track on the anti-falling teeth. The magnetic wheel drives the transmission plate to rotate, so that the reverse stopping claw is driven to tilt upwards and leave the anti-pawl, and the impact noise of the reverse stopping claw and the anti-pawl is eliminated.
