摘要:【中文】本发明公开了一种制备可熔性PTFE的方法,包括如下步骤:a、进行聚合反应;b、添加预热的去离子水和引发剂;c、升温至100℃后,进行保温;d、倾斜式快速对接并收集固体物料,再水平静置固体物料;e、倾斜排出固体物料,进行过滤、洗涤和干燥,得到可熔性聚四氟乙烯粉体;f、固体物料收集箱回复到起始位置。本发明能提高固体物料的流动性,避免收集到的固体物料堆积而得到块状的固体物料;能使得无氧聚合釜倾斜设置的出料口和固体物料收集箱的收集口通过料管顺直连接,进而保证固体物料收集通畅,减少弯管的设置;前期倾斜式收集固体物料和后期倾斜排出固体物料的两个操作空间相互独立,互不干扰,且有充足的可用空间,方便对收集或者排出的装置进行安装。 【EN】The invention discloses a method for preparing meltable PTFE, which comprises the following steps: a. carrying out a polymerization reaction; b. adding preheated deionized water and an initiator; c. heating to 100 ℃, and then preserving heat; d. rapidly butting and collecting solid materials in an inclined mode, and horizontally standing the solid materials; e. obliquely discharging solid materials, filtering, washing and drying to obtain meltable polytetrafluoroethylene powder; f. the solid material collection box returns to the initial position. 摘要:【中文】本发明公开了一种PPVE的合成方法,包括如下施工步骤:a、HFP的氧化反应;b、HFPO的加成反应;c、HFPO二聚体的脱羧反应。本发明采用连续氧化和连续脱羧工艺,取代传统的间歇工艺,使得整个工艺的生产效果更加的高效,通过氧气氧化制备得到PPVE生产的原料HFPO,杂质少、产品纯度高,从而间接提高PPVE的产品纯度,而且在HFPO的加成反应中,先将氟化盐、胺类化合物与非质子性极性溶剂在预混箱内进行充分接触混合,使得氟化盐中的氟离子被充分溶解在非质子性极性溶剂内,从而便于HFPO二聚体的脱羧反应,加快脱羧反应速率,提高脱羧反应产品质量。 【EN】The invention discloses a PPVE synthesis method, which comprises the following construction steps: a. oxidation of HFP; b. addition reaction of HFPO; c. decarboxylation of HFPO dimer.
