摘要:【中文】本发明公开了一种电磁加热装置的加热控制方法,包括步骤:当接收到加热命令后,检测电磁加热装置整流后的电源波形在当前时刻是否到达后半周;当检测到所述整流后的电源波形在当前时刻开始到达后半周后,向所述驱动电路输出脉冲信号,以使所述谐振加热模块开始谐振工作;当检测到所述谐振加热模块开始谐振工作后,不断向所述驱动电路输出脉宽逐次增加的脉冲信号,直至在所述整流后的电源波形处于所述后半周的过零点附近时,输出脉宽增至目标脉宽的脉冲信号。本发明还公开了一种电磁加热装置。本发明能够降低电磁加热装置启动过程的噪音,并能够提高间缺加热功率的均匀度。 【EN】The invention discloses a heating control method of an electromagnetic heating device, which comprises the following steps: after a heating command is received, detecting whether the power supply waveform rectified by the electromagnetic heating device reaches the second half cycle at the current moment; when the rectified power waveform is detected to start to reach the second half cycle at the current moment, a pulse signal is output to the driving circuit so that the resonant heating module starts to work in a resonant mode; and when the resonant heating module is detected to start resonant operation, continuously outputting a pulse signal with the pulse width gradually increased to the driving circuit until the rectified power waveform is near the zero crossing point of the second half cycle, and outputting the pulse signal with the pulse width increased to the target pulse width. The invention also discloses an electromagnetic heating device. The invention can reduce the noise of the electromagnetic heating device in the starting process and improve the uniformity of intermittent heating power.
