摘要:【中文】本发明公开了一种以安山岩尾矿泥与飞灰为主要原料的泡沫陶瓷,其特征在于泡沫陶瓷的质量组成百分数为:安山岩尾矿泥50~90%、飞灰8~48%以及碳化硅2~5%。其制备方法包括如下步骤:S1,粉料制备;S2,坯体成型及干燥;S3,样品烧结。本发明制得的泡沫陶瓷,其烧成周期短、配方及制备工艺简单、设备要求低,所制备的泡沫陶瓷性能优良。固废的使用量高达98%,有效降低生产成本,实现固废安山岩尾矿泥与危废飞灰的资源化利用,减少尾矿对土地的占用,缓解其引发的环境问题。 【EN】The invention discloses a foamed ceramic with andesite tailing slurry and fly ash as main raw materials, which is characterized by comprising the following components in percentage by mass: 50-90% of andesite tailing slurry, 8-48% of fly ash and 2-5% of silicon carbide. The using amount of the solid waste reaches 98 percent, the production cost is effectively reduced, the resource utilization of the solid waste andesite tailing mud and the hazardous waste fly ash is realized, the occupation of the tailings on the land is reduced, and the environmental problem caused by the tailings is relieved.
