摘要：【中文】本发明公开了一种双环戊二烯制备四氢双环戊二烯的方法，是以石油裂解副产物C5或C9馏分制的双环戊二烯、高纯度双环戊二烯中一种或两种的混合物为原料，以双环戊二烯加氢饱和反应产物为稀释剂，在惰性气体的保护下按一定的比例将双环戊二烯稀释，与氢气一起输送入带有钯系加氢催化剂的固定床反应器中，进行较低温低压加氢反应得到含有少量轻组分的双环戊二烯加氢饱和反应物，经精馏塔脱除少量的轻组分得到四氢双环戊二烯。本方法具有工艺流程简单、设备投资和运行成本低、危险性小、副产物少、环境污染小的优点，提高了经济效益。 【EN】The invention discloses a method for preparing tetrahydrodicyclopentadiene with dicyclopentadiene, which takes one or a mixture of dicyclopentadiene prepared from petroleum cracking by-products C5 or C9 fractions and high-purity dicyclopentadiene as raw materials, takes a dicyclopentadiene hydrogenation saturated reaction product as a diluent, dilutes dicyclopentadiene according to a certain proportion under the protection of inert gas, conveys the diluted dicyclopentadiene and hydrogen into a fixed bed reactor with a palladium hydrogenation catalyst together, carries out hydrogenation reaction at a low temperature and a low pressure to obtain a dicyclopentadiene hydrogenation saturated reactant containing a small amount of light components, and removes the small amount of light components through a rectifying tower to obtain the tetrahydrodicyclopentadiene. 摘要：【中文】本发明公开了一种加氢低软化点石油树脂的制备方法，是以第一物料、C5馏分和低聚物为原料，经热聚合、蒸馏制得低聚物和熔融态基础石油树脂；该熔融态基础石油树脂用加氢溶剂稀释混匀后，与氢气一起输送到装有镍系或钯系催化剂的加氢反应器中进行加氢反应，加氢后的树脂液进行蒸馏脱除加氢溶剂，即得低软化点石油树脂产品。本发明提供的制备方法简单，反应条件温和，得到的加氢低软化点石油树脂分子量小，有较好的相容性、初粘性、抗氧化性和低温流动性，而且色浅、味小、属于环保型石油树脂产品。 【EN】The invention discloses a preparation method of hydrogenated low-softening-point petroleum resin, which takes a first material, C5 fraction and oligomer as raw materials, and prepares the oligomer and molten state basic petroleum resin through thermal polymerization and distillation; diluting and uniformly mixing the molten state base petroleum resin with a hydrogenation solvent, conveying the mixture and hydrogen to a hydrogenation reactor filled with a nickel-based or palladium-based catalyst for hydrogenation reaction, and distilling the hydrogenated resin liquid to remove the hydrogenation solvent to obtain the low-softening-point petroleum resin product.
