摘要:【中文】本发明公开了一种立方碳化硅防腐耐磨涂料,按质量份数计由以下原料制备而成:水性树脂40~60份,去离子水10~20份,钛白粉10~20份,立方碳化硅微粉2~6份,填料5~10份,消泡剂0.1~0.5份,润湿剂0.1~0.5份,增稠剂0.05~0.2份,水性催干剂0.2~0.6份;本发明还公开了一种立方碳化硅防腐耐磨涂料的制备方法,采用分步法先制混合料,再加入去离子水和助剂分散后过滤得到涂料。本发明的涂料利用水性树脂作为成膜物质,无需加入固化剂,提高了涂料的抗腐蚀性和耐磨性;本发明的方法有利于各组分的充分混匀,确保充分发挥助剂的作用,制备过程无需加热,且涂料无需调配即可使用,扩大了涂料的应用范围。 【EN】The invention discloses a cubic silicon carbide anticorrosive wear-resistant coating which is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 40-60 parts of water-based resin, 10-20 parts of deionized water, 10-20 parts of titanium dioxide, 2-6 parts of cubic silicon carbide micro powder, 5-10 parts of filler, 0.1-0.5 part of defoaming agent, 0.1-0.5 part of wetting agent, 0.05-0.2 part of thickening agent and 0.2-0.6 part of water-based drier; the invention also discloses a preparation method of the cubic silicon carbide anticorrosive wear-resistant coating, which comprises the steps of firstly preparing a mixture by a step method, then adding deionized water and an auxiliary agent for dispersion, and then filtering to obtain the coating. The coating disclosed by the invention utilizes the water-based resin as a film forming substance, and a curing agent is not required to be added, so that the corrosion resistance and the wear resistance of the coating are improved; the method of the invention is beneficial to fully mixing all the components, ensures that the function of the auxiliary agent is fully exerted, does not need heating in the preparation process, can be used without blending, and enlarges the application range of the coating.

The coating disclosed by the invention is prepared by carrying out organic chemical modification on nano cubic silicon carbide by adopting the silane coupling agent, so that the surface energy among nano cubic silicon carbide molecules is reduced, the silane coupling agent compounded and modified nano cubic silicon carbide is more uniformly dispersed in the coating to form a heat-conducting net-shaped or chain-shaped structure, and the heat-conducting property of the coating is greatly improved; the preparation method is simple and easy for industrial production.
