摘要:【中文】本发明公开了一种适应分布式储能大规模应用的配电网运行方法,该方法为:电动汽车充放电负荷包括充电桩条件、电池状态、用户使用时间三方面约束;受充电桩额定功率限制,计算电动汽车的充放电功率满足条件,根据电动汽车锂电池标准,考虑电池寿命,对于能量型电池,最大持续充电电流限制为三分之一C,最大持续放电电流限制为二分之一C,计算充放电电流约束;计算充放电功率,考虑用户使用时间限制,需要在用户指定的用车时间之前,将电池容量充到用户需要的状态。本发明给出对电动汽车与电网双向互动时的充放电负荷特性分析运行方法,能够为电动汽车充电接入进行预测,从而能够及时进行判断补偿,实现电网运行负荷平衡,避免电动汽车集中充电或在高峰时段充电还会造成局部负荷紧张等问题。 【EN】The invention discloses a power distribution network operation method suitable for large-scale application of distributed energy storage, which comprises the following steps: the charging and discharging load of the electric automobile comprises three constraints of charging pile conditions, battery states and user service time; calculating the charging and discharging power of the electric automobile to meet the conditions under the limitation of the rated power of a charging pile, considering the service life of the battery according to the standard of the lithium battery of the electric automobile, and calculating the charging and discharging current constraint for the energy type battery, wherein the maximum continuous charging current is limited to one third C, and the maximum continuous discharging current is limited to one half C; the charging and discharging power is calculated, and the battery capacity needs to be charged to a state required by a user before the vehicle using time specified by the user is considered. The invention provides a charging and discharging load characteristic analysis operation method during bidirectional interaction of an electric automobile and a power grid, which can predict charging access of the electric automobile, so that judgment and compensation can be carried out in time, the operation load balance of the power grid is realized, and the problems of local load shortage and the like caused by centralized charging of the electric automobile or charging in a peak period are avoided.
