摘要：【中文】本发明公开了考虑含频率响应控制的风电机组安全域的机组组合方法，主要步骤为：1)确定风电机组提供频率响应的安全域；2)基于风电机组提供频率响应的安全域，建立考虑风电机组安全域的机组组合模型；3)利用混合整数线性规划方法对考虑风电机组安全域的机组组合模型解算，得到考虑含频率响应控制的风电机组安全域的机组组合运行结果。本发明可广泛应用于日前调度的风电机组频率响应参数设置和同步发电机启停及出力计划。 【EN】The invention discloses a unit combination method considering a wind turbine generator safety domain with frequency response control, which mainly comprises the following steps: 1) determining a security domain of the frequency response provided by the wind turbine generator; 2) establishing a unit combination model considering the security domain of the wind turbine generator based on the security domain of the frequency response provided by the wind turbine generator; 3) and resolving the unit combination model considering the wind turbine generator safety domain by using a mixed integer linear programming method to obtain a unit combination operation result considering the wind turbine generator safety domain including frequency response control. The method can be widely applied to frequency response parameter setting of the wind turbine generator scheduled in the day-ahead and start-stop and output plans of the synchronous generator.
