摘要:【中文】本发明公开了一种髋臼骨折牵引装置,在髋臼骨折手术中替代了人力的牵引,使肢体受力稳定,能够保持恒定的拉或推力,不会影响拉钩对切口组织的拉力,保证骨骼与组织的分离空间不变,使手术能够顺利进行。而且该装置操作方便,只通过驱动杆的伸缩,使轴体转动,即可驱动牵引杆摆动,从而实现对患者肢体外展或内收的驱动操作,且驱动杆锁定长度不变即可将轴体锁定,以保证肢体状态的稳定性。 【EN】The invention discloses an acetabulum fracture traction device, which replaces manual traction in an acetabulum fracture operation, so that the stress of limbs is stable, constant pulling or pushing force can be kept, the pulling force of a pulling hook on incision tissues can not be influenced, the separation space of bones and tissues is ensured to be unchanged, and the operation can be smoothly carried out.
