摘要：【中文】本发明涉及包含利用Heat‑tinc提取方法及低温熟成的茵陈提取物作为有效成分的化妆品组合物，根据本发明，通过Heat‑tinc提取方法及低温熟成制备而成的茵陈提取物，改善肤色、减少毛孔数、抗炎及抗氧化效果优秀，且对人体无害无皮肤刺激，因此可有效利用为化妆品组合物。并且，Heat‑tinc提取方法弥补了以往的有机溶剂提取及热水提取的缺点，因此，即使不进行去除有机溶剂的步骤也可以获得功效优秀的有效成分，而且由于减少了制备费用，可对生产性及经济性作出贡献，可通过低温熟成来维持储藏性及茵陈的固有的香味。 【EN】The present invention relates to a cosmetic composition comprising as an active ingredient an extract of oriental wormwood prepared by Heat-tic extraction and low-temperature ripening, which has excellent effects of improving skin color, reducing the number of pores, anti-inflammatory and anti-oxidative, and is harmless to the human body without skin irritation.
