摘要:【中文】本发明涉及一种低温潜液电机冷却循环回路,低温潜液电机固定在低温潜液泵出口段上,低温潜液电机上安装低温潜液泵电机端盖,第一回液管设置在电机端盖与低温潜液泵的出口段之间,出口段上设置有出口段回液通道,且第一回液与出口段回液通道连通;第二回液管与出口段回液通道连通,设置在出口段与回液管接头之间,经回液管接头与低温潜液泵的下端盖连接,并与下端盖上的下端盖回液通道连通;下端盖回液通道与低温潜液泵的第一级中段的第一级中段回液通道、第二级中段的第二级中段回液通道连通,第一级中段回液通道和第二级中段回液通道与低温潜液泵的低压腔连通。本发明能降低泵轴加工难度,提高泵轴强度,增加泵运行稳定性。 【EN】The invention relates to a cooling circulation loop of a low-temperature immersed motor, wherein the low-temperature immersed motor is fixed on an outlet section of a low-temperature immersed pump, a motor end cover of the low-temperature immersed pump is installed on the low-temperature immersed motor, a first liquid return pipe is arranged between the motor end cover and the outlet section of the low-temperature immersed pump, an outlet section liquid return channel is arranged on the outlet section, and the first liquid return is communicated with the outlet section liquid return channel; the second liquid return pipe is communicated with the liquid return channel of the outlet section, is arranged between the outlet section and the liquid return pipe joint, is connected with the lower end cover of the low-temperature immersed pump through the liquid return pipe joint and is communicated with the liquid return channel of the lower end cover on the lower end cover; the lower end cover liquid return channel is communicated with a first-stage middle section liquid return channel of a first-stage middle section of the low-temperature immersed pump and a second-stage middle section liquid return channel of a second-stage middle section, and the first-stage middle section liquid return channel and the second-stage middle section liquid return channel are communicated with a low-pressure cavity of the low-temperature immersed pump. The invention can reduce the processing difficulty of the pump shaft, improve the strength of the pump shaft and increase the operation stability of the pump.
