摘要:【中文】本发明涉及一种电网基建项目投资计划执行风险评估系统,包括:处理模块接收实际工程进度模块、工程成本模块和投资进度模块采集的工程进度、工程成本和投资进度数据,将三者之间进行比较,若任一项数据与设置的偏差超出预设值,则将该项数据认定为初步风险项目;风险判断模块接收所述处理模块获得的初步风险项,评定项目执行风险高低,同时计算项目调整风险额;将高等级风险项目纳入投资计划调整清单,并传输至计划修正模块;计划修正模块对项目投资计划进行修正。能够及时监控电网基建项目投资计划执行情况,评估项目执行风险,并辅助年中投资计划调整。 【EN】The invention relates to a power grid infrastructure project investment plan execution risk assessment system, which comprises: the processing module receives the project progress, the project cost and the investment progress data which are acquired by the actual project progress module, the project cost module and the investment progress module, compares the project progress, the project cost and the investment progress data, and if any one of the data and the set deviation exceed a preset value, determines the data as a preliminary risk project; the risk judgment module receives the primary risk items obtained by the processing module, evaluates the execution risk of the project and calculates the adjustment risk amount of the project; bringing the high-level risk project into an investment plan adjustment list, and transmitting the high-level risk project to a plan correction module; the plan revision module revises the project investment plan. 摘要:【中文】一种考虑主配网协调的城市电网规划方法,该方法先根据收集的待规划城市电网的基础数据构建以新建的220千伏变电站及线路的成本、新建的110千伏变电站及线路的成本最小为目标函数的变电站线路联合扩展规划模型,再求解该规划模型,得到最优的电网规划方案。本设计不仅能够保证规划方案的有效实施,而且有效改善了系统设备的运行效率和运行安全性。 【EN】A city power grid planning method considering coordination of a main network and a distribution network is characterized in that a transformer substation line joint expansion planning model which takes the cost of a newly-built 220 kV transformer substation and a newly-built 110 kV transformer substation as an objective function and the minimum cost of the circuit is established according to collected basic data of a city power grid to be planned, and then the planning model is solved to obtain an optimal power grid planning scheme. The design not only can ensure the effective implementation of the planning scheme, but also effectively improves the operation efficiency and the operation safety of system equipment.

摘要:【中文】一种基于LASSO与RNN的省级能源利用效率预测方法,包括以下步骤:利用LASSO回归估计,分析省级电能占终端能源消费比例历史数据与各工业分行业的电能占终端能源消费比例、各行业和居民生活年用电量的比例、第三产业GDP比例、第二产业GDP比例的历史数据之间的关系,对高维数据进行降维处理,压缩相关量;建立省级电能占终端能源消费比例预测方法的循环神经网络模型;预测省级电能占终端能源消费比例;建立省级电能占终端能源消费比例与省级能源利用效率的拟合关系式,得出省级能源利用效率的预测值。本设计不仅提高了省级电能占终端能源消费比例预测的准确度,而且为预测省级能源利用效率提供了可靠依据。 【EN】A method for predicting the provincial energy utilization efficiency based on LASSO and RNN comprises the following steps: analyzing the relation between the provincial-level electric energy consumption ratio historical data and the electric energy consumption ratio of each industry division, the ratio of power consumption of each industry and residents in life years, the ratio of GDP (graphics data processing) of the third industry and the historical data of GDP ratio of the second industry by using LASSO (laser-assisted laser desorption/ionization) regression estimation, performing dimensionality reduction processing on high-dimensional data, and compressing related quantity; establishing a recurrent neural network model of a provincial electric energy-to-terminal energy consumption ratio prediction method; predicting the proportion of provincial electric energy in terminal energy consumption; and establishing a fitting relational expression of the provincial electric energy consumption ratio to the terminal energy consumption ratio and the provincial energy utilization efficiency to obtain a predicted value of the provincial energy utilization efficiency. The design not only improves the accuracy of prediction of the provincial level electric energy to terminal energy consumption proportion, but also provides reliable basis for predicting the provincial level energy utilization efficiency.

摘要:【中文】一种基于AHP的电网技术改造方案的寻优方法,该方法先获得技改项目的通用评价指标群和体现技改项目特点的其它评价指标群,再基于AHP理论、根据典型的技改类型将其它评价指标群划分成与每种技改类型一一对应的类型评价指标模块,通用评价指标群构成通用评价指标模块,从而建立技改项目的评价指标体系,然后计算通用评价指标模块和类型评价指标模块中各评价指标的权重,随后将待选的各电网技术改造方案的各评价指标值与其权重加权,得到各电网技术改造方案的评价值,最后以评价值最高的电网技术改造方案作为最优方案。本设计不仅能够实现技改方案的准确评价,而且普适性强。 【EN】An optimization method for a power grid technical transformation scheme based on AHP comprises the steps of obtaining a general evaluation index group of a technical transformation project and other evaluation index groups which embody the characteristics of the technical transformation project, dividing the other evaluation index groups into type evaluation index modules which are in one-to-one correspondence with each technical transformation type according to typical technical transformation types based on AHP theory, forming the general evaluation index modules by the general evaluation index groups, establishing an evaluation index system of the technical transformation project, calculating the weight of each evaluation index in the general evaluation index modules and the type evaluation index modules, weighting each evaluation index value of each power grid technical transformation scheme to be selected with the weight of each evaluation index value to obtain the evaluation value of each power grid technical transformation scheme, and finally taking the power grid technical transformation scheme with the highest evaluation value as an optimal scheme. The design not only can realize accurate evaluation of the technical improvement scheme, but also has strong universality.

摘要:【中文】一种考虑AA‑CAES的热电联供系统优化调度方法,该方法先建立以燃气轮机运行能耗、柴油机运行能耗、废弃光伏等效能耗和可转移负荷等效调度能耗之和最小为目标函数的热电联供系统日前调度模型,再将获取的光伏、热负荷和电负荷的短期预测数据输入所述日前调度模型中,得到热电联供系统的日前调度结果,然后根据日前调度结果对热电联供系统进行调度。本设计不仅提高了热电联供系统的运行灵活性、稳定性和可靠性,而且改善了系统可再生能源的消纳能力、降低了系统的运行能耗。 【EN】A heat and power combined supply system optimal scheduling method considering AA-CAES comprises the steps of firstly establishing a heat and power combined supply system day-ahead scheduling model taking the minimum sum of the operating energy consumption of a gas turbine, the operating energy consumption of a diesel engine, the equivalent energy consumption of waste photovoltaic and the equivalent scheduling energy consumption of transferable loads as an objective function, then inputting the acquired short-term prediction data of photovoltaic, thermal loads and electrical loads into the day-ahead scheduling model to obtain a day-ahead scheduling result of the heat and power combined supply system, and then scheduling the heat and power combined supply system according to the day-ahead scheduling result. The design not only improves the operation flexibility, stability and reliability of the combined heat and power system, but also improves the consumption capability of renewable energy sources of the system and reduces the operation energy consumption of the system.

摘要:【中文】本发明提供了一种基于神经网络智能算法的基建变电站项目造价预测方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:收集已有的输变电工程决算数据作为样本并对样本数据进行预处理形成数据集,从数据集的原始因素库筛选出关键因素集做进一步分析并提取特征参数,根据数据库的特征参数构建造价预测模型;将待预测输变电工程数据进行预处理并提取特征参数,将特征参数代入造价预测模型,获得工程造价。本发明保证投资计划安排的精准性和合理性,提升公司电网资产转资率,为公司输配电价稳定提供重要支撑。 【EN】The invention provides a neural network intelligent algorithm-based project cost prediction method for a capital construction substation, which is characterized by comprising the following steps of: collecting the existing power transmission and transformation project decision data as a sample, preprocessing the sample data to form a data set, screening out a key factor set from an original factor library of the data set for further analysis, extracting characteristic parameters, and constructing a cost prediction model according to the characteristic parameters of the database; and preprocessing the power transmission and transformation project data to be predicted, extracting characteristic parameters, and substituting the characteristic parameters into the construction cost prediction model to obtain the construction cost. The invention ensures the accuracy and the rationality of investment plan arrangement, improves the power grid asset transfer rate of a company and provides important support for stable power transmission and distribution price of the company.
