摘要:【中文】本发明提供一种用于包封绝缘微裂纹检测及修复的渗透剂及其制备方法,渗透剂由以下重量份的组分组成:甲组份(耐热环氧树脂100份,改性环氧树脂30~60份,稀释剂8~20份,紫外荧光粉3~12份);乙组份(脂肪胺100份,聚醚胺30~50份,促进剂3~10份)。本发明所制得的渗透剂可于25±3℃下有大于2小时的适用期,于25±3℃下经过3天或80±℃下2小时可完全固化。本渗透剂固化后有较好的剪切强度和冲击强度,在干式空心电抗器复合材料表面无迁移,在紫外灯光照射下有良好的显示效果,并且可以恢复干式空心电抗器包封绝缘结构的复合材料绝缘性能,从而使得干式空心电抗器包封绝缘微裂纹检测及修复一步完成。 【EN】The invention provides a penetrant for detecting and repairing an encapsulated insulation microcrack and a preparation method thereof, wherein the penetrant comprises the following components in parts by weight: the component A comprises 100 parts of heat-resistant epoxy resin, 30-60 parts of modified epoxy resin, 8-20 parts of diluent and 3-12 parts of ultraviolet fluorescent powder; and the component B comprises 100 parts of fatty amine, 30-50 parts of polyether amine and 3-10 parts of an accelerant. The penetrant prepared by the invention can have a working life of more than 2 hours at 25 +/-3 ℃, and can be completely cured after 3 days at 25 +/-3 ℃ or 2 hours at 80 +/-2 ℃. The penetrant has good shear strength and impact strength after being cured, has no migration on the surface of a composite material of the dry-type air reactor, has good display effect under the irradiation of ultraviolet light, and can recover the insulation performance of the composite material of the encapsulation insulation structure of the dry-type air reactor, thereby completing the detection and repair of the encapsulation insulation microcracks of the dry-type air reactor in one step.

The pickling cleaning agent is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by mass: 2 to 10 percent of acid liquor, 0.3 to 0.5 percent of pH regulator, 0.01 to 0.03 percent of surfactant, 0.05 to 0.25 percent of chelating agent, 0.02 to 0.05 percent of reducing agent, 0.05 to 0.2 percent of bactericide and the balance of reverse osmosis water. The method has the advantages that the removal rate of calcium sulfate scale can reach 98.8%, the differential pressure of the first stage and the second stage of reverse osmosis is reduced by 46% and 62.5%, the desalination rate is improved to more than 98%, the water production flow is improved by 44%, and the method can be widely applied to reverse osmosis membranes on the market and can also be applied to cleaning ultrafiltration membranes.
