摘要:【中文】一种提高远程遥控高压开关安全性的方法,步骤如下:对现有的104规约内容进行扩展,数据类型标示选用保留段中的ASDU55;调度员在主站端的监控系统选择需要遥控的高压开关,并发给主站端的前置系统;由前置系统根据接收到的信息,校验通过后从数据库中抽取相应的设备信息组装成遥控报文发给通信网关机;通信网关机解析遥控报文并寻找测控装置;通信网关机在接收到遥控报文后,将遥控报文中携带的开关调度编号校验信息进行解析,与测控装置的附加属性进行校验,将遥控信息转发到相应的测控装置,由测控装置执行操作命令。该方法能够对远程遥控高压开关过程中的多个环节进行校验,减少遥控过程中发生误操作的几率,保证遥控操作的正确性和安全性。 【EN】A method for improving the safety of a remote control high-voltage switch comprises the following steps: expanding the content of the existing 104 protocol, wherein the data type marks and selects ASDU55 in the reserved segment; a dispatcher selects a high-voltage switch needing remote control from a monitoring system at a main station end and sends the high-voltage switch to a front-end system at the main station end; the front-end system extracts corresponding equipment information from the database to assemble a remote control message to be sent to the communication gateway machine after the verification passes according to the received information; the communication gateway machine analyzes the remote control message and searches for a measurement and control device; after receiving the remote control message, the communication gateway machine analyzes the switch scheduling number verification information carried in the remote control message, verifies the switch scheduling number verification information with the additional attribute of the measurement and control device, forwards the remote control information to the corresponding measurement and control device, and executes the operation command by the measurement and control device. The method can be used for verifying a plurality of links in the process of remotely controlling the high-voltage switch, so that the probability of misoperation in the remote control process is reduced, and the correctness and the safety of remote control operation are ensured.
