The battery package cooling device that this application embodiment provided places insulating pad on the busbar, then places the cooling plate again on insulating pad, installs the module upper cover at last, through reliable tight connection between upper cover and module, guarantees that the contact is inseparable between cooling plate, the good insulating pad of thermal conductivity and the module busbar, and insulating pad can keep good heat-conduction, and the cooling plate can effectively cool off the heat of busbar department.
