摘要：【中文】本发明公开了一种诱导多潜能脂肪干细胞的方法，其培养过程中应用了无柄灵芝素F。所述方法步骤如下：（1）分离培养大鼠ADSCs；（2）成骨诱导分化：取生长状态良好的第3代ADSCs细胞，常规消化、终止消化、离心、重悬细胞，以100个/孔接种于预置有盖玻片的6孔板中，待其完全贴壁后将实验组换为成骨诱导培养基1进行成骨诱导培养1天，第2天换液,换成成骨诱导培养基2，继续成骨诱导7d;本发明创新地将无柄灵芝素F应用于将诱导多潜能脂肪干细胞诱导快速高效（8d）分化成为成骨细胞，而且由于无柄灵芝素F来源于无柄灵芝，其长期安全性有保障，具有直接应用于体内的潜力。 【EN】The invention discloses a method for inducing pluripotent adipose-derived stem cells, wherein sesamin F is applied in the culture process.
