摘要：【中文】本发明涉及一种用于桥梁标准化的22m级先张法折线预应力双T梁，所述双T梁跨径不大于22m，所述双T梁为开口断面，包括顶板以及位于顶板下方的两个腹板，并在腹板位置设置预应力钢束，且全梁等截面，仅在梁端设置横隔板，跨内无横隔板；所述双T梁包括若干个梁型，所有梁型顶板厚相同；腹板顶宽为固定值；根据梁高的不同，调整梁内预应力钢束的数量，使之满足不同跨径的要求。本发明构造简单，且为开口断面，材料用量低，经济性好，施工便捷，施工难度小，预制质量好；腹板顶宽和顶板厚度为固定值，不同梁高主梁可采用相同的模板，仅需把模板中腹板下端部分区域填实；主梁构造模数化、标准化，有利于工业化生产，加快预制速度，降低成本。 【EN】The invention relates to a 22 m-grade pretensioning broken line prestressed double T-beam for bridge standardization, wherein the span diameter of the double T-beam is not more than 22m, the double T-beam is an open section and comprises a top plate and two webs positioned below the top plate, prestressed steel beams are arranged at the webs, the whole beam is of an equal section, a diaphragm plate is only arranged at the beam end, and no diaphragm plate exists in the span; the double T-shaped beam comprises a plurality of beam types, and top plates of all the beam types are the same in thickness; the top width of the web plate is a fixed value; according to the difference of the beam height, the number of the prestressed steel bundles in the beam is adjusted to meet the requirements of different spans.
