The method specifically comprises two parts: a deep learning part and a computer vision processing part. The neural network architecture selected for deep learning is based on a classical U-Net model and aims to extract bright spots in an image of a TEM image after fast Fourier transform. In the computer vision processing part, a recursive function is designed to measure the space between the lattice fringes in the TEM image and compare the measured space with a standard PDF card to obtain a phase and a crystal face which may exist in the sample. The method can realize the integration of measurement and analysis of the crystal face spacing of the TEM image, and other operations are not needed in the process, so that the analysis result of the TEM image is more objective. According to the invention, the error of the result obtained by analyzing the TEM image of the magnetic nanoparticles and the result obtained by manually measuring by using Gatan Digital Micrograph software is less than 0.01 nm.
