摘要：【中文】本发明提供一种聚醚型聚氨酯混凝土材料及其制备方法，聚醚型聚氨酯混凝土由聚醚型聚氨酯粘结剂代替沥青作为胶结料与矿料结合，采用常用的拌和设备并在常温下即可生产及施工。聚醚型聚氨酯混凝土采用冷拌冷铺的施工方式，具有延长施工工期，避免拌和过程有有害气体排放的优点。本发明的聚醚型聚氨酯混凝土材料具有优异的路用性能及抗老化能力。本发明的聚醚型聚氨酯混凝土材料及其制备方法的提出，有利于提升铺装结构的使用质量及使用寿命，保障驾驶员行车的舒适性与安全性。 【EN】The polyether polyurethane concrete is produced and constructed by using polyether polyurethane adhesive to replace asphalt as adhesive and mineral material and through mixing at normal temperature. The polyether polyurethane concrete adopts a construction mode of cold mixing and cold paving, and has the advantages of prolonging the construction period and avoiding harmful gas emission in the mixing process. The polyether polyurethane concrete material has excellent pavement performance and ageing resistance. The polyether polyurethane concrete material and the preparation method thereof provided by the invention are beneficial to improving the service quality and the service life of a paving structure and ensuring the driving comfort and safety of a driver.
