摘要:【中文】本发明公开了一种水泥熟料冷却过程的分数阶模型广义二自由度控制方法。该方法首先建立一个分数阶广义过程模型,定义新型的广义输入得到离散系统的广义过程高阶模型;然后,引入闭环等效的广义开环控制算法,结合二自由度多性能控制思想设计广义二自由度控制器。本发明通过分数阶处理广义模型多项式提高了系统的预测精度,增强了系统准确性;其次采用二自由度分别控制系统的响应速度和系统超调稳定性,可有效提高系统的控制性能。 【EN】The invention discloses a fractional order model generalized two-degree-of-freedom control method in a cement clinker cooling process. Firstly, establishing a fractional order generalized process model, and defining a novel generalized input to obtain a generalized process high-order model of a discrete system; then, a closed-loop equivalent generalized open-loop control algorithm is introduced, and a generalized two-degree-of-freedom controller is designed by combining a two-degree-of-freedom multi-performance control idea. According to the method, the prediction precision of the system is improved through the fractional order processing generalized model polynomial, and the accuracy of the system is enhanced; and secondly, the response speed and the overshoot stability of the system are respectively controlled by adopting two degrees of freedom, so that the control performance of the system can be effectively improved.

摘要:【中文】本发明公开了一种水泥回转窑烧成过程二维容错LQG控制方法。本发明首先通过采集输入输出数据建立过程模型,然后将过程状态变化和输出追踪误差组合为新的过程状态量,进一步以此建立新的过程模型,最后以二次目标函数来设计控制器,设计出最优更新律。不同于传统的控制方法,通过在过程间引入状态变化和输出追踪误差,控制器的调节更为灵活,使得系统容错能力提升,部分执行器故障的影响得以改善。 【EN】The invention discloses a two-dimensional fault-tolerant LQG control method in a rotary cement kiln firing process. The method comprises the steps of firstly establishing a process model by collecting input and output data, then combining process state change and output tracking errors into a new process state quantity, further establishing a new process model according to the process state quantity, and finally designing a controller by using a quadratic objective function to design an optimal updating law. Different from the traditional control method, the state change and the output tracking error are introduced in the process, so that the adjustment of the controller is more flexible, the fault tolerance of the system is improved, and the influence of the faults of part of actuators is improved.
