摘要:本发明提供一种碳复合锰酸钠水系钠电正极材料制备方法及其电池,称取定量钠源和锰源,并设计钠源过量3%~15%,将称取的钠源和锰源加入含(0.2~5%)增稠剂的有机溶剂中进行高速球磨混合,再进行干燥,制备水系钠电锰酸钠前驱体材料,粉末压片处理,再高温煅烧,将制备的锰酸钠正极材料和(0.5~2%)二维或三维导电碳材料进行球磨混合。本发明制备的碳复合锰酸钠正极材料与活性炭组装成水系钠离子电池,具有较好的循环稳定性能,本发明的电池采用上述方法制备的碳复合锰酸钠正极材料与活性炭组装成1.2Ah的水系钠离子电池,电解液为(5~12)M的氢氧化钠溶液,1C循环1000圈时容量保持率为92.5%,具有较好的循环稳定性,给水系钠电储能产业应用提供参考。
