According to the ultra-low power consumption reference circuit, the first self-starting module, the second self-starting module and the sampling and holding module are additionally arranged on the periphery of the band gap reference module, so that the band gap reference module intermittently works, the power consumption of the reference circuit is greatly reduced, and meanwhile, the good stability of the output voltage is kept.
