摘要:本发明属于从植物中提取功能成分的技术领域,具体涉及到一种从老熟期莲子壳中提取多酚的生产方法。利用乙醇-水溶剂体系对老熟期莲子壳进行热浸提,得到最优提取条件,再经AB-8大孔树脂分离纯化得到多酚纯化物。本发明的目的在于提高老熟期莲子壳的利用率和利用价值,减少资源浪费。所述方法提取多酚方法简单、快速、产量高,易于工业化生产。用此方法所得多酚纯化物的纯度达60%,得率达1.2%,且具有良好的还原力、清除DPPH及ABTS+自由基的能力。
