摘要:本发明公开了一种PIP改进工艺制备陶瓷基复合材料的方法,属于陶瓷基复合材料技术领域,包括:预处理材料,选择合适的增强材料和基体材料,将增强材料处理成所需的形状,形成一个三维网络结构;聚合物浸渗,将增强材料置于液态聚合物中,通过真空浸渗等方式,使聚合物渗透到增强材料的空隙中,填充其内部结构,形成聚合物基体;聚合物基体首先进行低温预裂解,再对聚合物基体高温裂解和高温陶瓷化,进行重复加温裂解过程,提升陶瓷增强相的形成,使陶瓷相分布更均匀。本发明采用一个低温、两个高温对PIP工艺进行优化,制备的复合材料孔隙率低,相比于常规工艺的力学性能,改进工艺制备的陶瓷基复合材料力学性能。
