The semi-carbonized biomass fuel powder is prepared by semi-carbonizing waste wooden fungus sticks. The invention improves the flame height by more than 30 percent on the basis of 30cm of the long flame coal combustion flame, and can completely meet the requirements of any type of hearth; the burning time is prolonged by 4 to 6 hours; due to the deflagration effect of the semi-carbonized biomass fuel, the flame temperature is increased by 300-400 ℃, and the heat value of the fuel is correspondingly increased by 750-1000 kilocalories; no matter the stove is used, no smoke emission can be achieved.

摘要:本发明公开了海上平台脱除低含量硫化氢原料气中的硫化氢的方法,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:所述含硫化氢原料气从侧向进入超重力机,所述含硫化氢原料气体中硫化氢含量≤300ppm,脱硫药剂从超重力机中央进入,通过液体分布器喷淋到填料表面;在超重力机内部,脱硫药剂由填料的内环向外环流动,原料气由外环向内环流动,气液两相在填料层中沿径向做逆向接触,充分反应,硫化氢转入液相被脱硫药剂中的胺基吸收,净化后的原料气直接由出口离开超重力机。该工艺省去了脱硫药剂的再生环节,大大简化了工艺流程,减少了设备,节省了占地面积。该技术利用超重力机强化吸收反应的特点,并结合有机胺脱硫剂的高效和选择性,具有设备结构简单、占地面积小、易于成撬、操作弹性大、脱硫效率高等优势,是一种针对海上平台天然气中低浓度硫化氢的脱除新技术。
