摘要:本发明公开了一种制备聚偏氟乙烯超滤膜的方法。该方法包括下述步骤:1)将聚偏氟乙烯与稀释剂混合、加热,使之形成均相溶液;所述稀释剂为所述聚偏氟乙烯的溶剂与非溶剂的混合物,且所述聚偏氟乙烯的溶剂与非溶剂中的至少一种能溶解于水;2)将均相溶液刮涂在支撑网上形成平板状的铸膜液或通过喷丝头纺制成中空纤维状的铸膜液,然后将所述铸膜液浸入冷却液中冷却,使铸膜液发生相分离,最后固化成膜;3)用萃取剂萃取步骤2)所得膜中的稀释剂,得到聚偏氟乙烯膜。采用本发明制备的聚偏氟乙烯膜断面呈现孔径范围0.02~4μm的均一海绵状结构,且具有表面孔径范围2~100nm的表层。同时该聚偏氟乙烯超滤膜还具有高强度、高孔隙率、高通量、高分离精度的特点。
