摘要:一种基于两亲性中空二氧化硅Janus粒子构筑超疏水耐磨皮革涂层的方法。结合Pickering乳液法与点击化学法制备了可反应型的两亲性中空二氧化硅Janus粒子,然后通过层层喷涂法使两亲性中空二氧化硅Janus粒子中具有反应活性的亲水端与基材发生化学交联,疏水端伸展到涂层表面,从而获得超疏水耐磨皮革涂层。结果表明,所构筑的超疏水皮革涂层水接触角高达170°以上,其疏水持久性和耐磨性均较好。水滴在涂层表面30min后的接触角依然大于150°,当对革样摩擦300次后,涂层在已出现严重磨损的情况下,依然具有超疏水的效果。
