摘要:本发明公开了一种基于绿锈的隧道施工污水处理方法,解决了现有隧道施工中所产生的污水六价铬污染严重的技术问题。绿锈不仅具有混凝吸附效果,还具有强还原性,利用它有效去除水溶性六价铬,而绿锈可通过隧道施工中现场的沉淀池中的上清液与二价铁即可制得,也就是将污水作为了原料;相对于传统的混凝沉淀工艺,本发明增加了一道氧化工序,其目的是将污水处理后产生的基于绿锈的沉淀,在常温下转变为基于铁氧体的沉淀,可以使产生的沉淀物的含水率降到50%左右。通过自身的还原性将污水中可溶性的六价铬还原为三价铬,从而彻底去除水中的重金属铬。
