摘要:本发明提供雪上一枝蒿(Aconitum brachypodum var.laxiflorum)种子快速萌发方法,该方法选择当年成熟雪上一枝蒿果夹,揉搓后取得种子,对种子进行观察筛选,去除颗粒较小,颜色较浅(浅褐色)的种子,选择种子直径为2mm左右,深黑色种子,浸泡250ppm浓度GA3溶液12小时,播种于过40目筛,山基土∶草煤土=1∶1均匀混合的播种基质表面,覆土0.5cm并架设隧道棚,于最低温度>5℃条件下常温萌发,保持萌发基质表面湿润,经30‑40日后种子生根萌发,之后10日后长出子叶,综合成苗率为90%以上。通过本发明的简单快速的雪上一枝蒿种子萌发方法,有效提高其资源存量,获得该物种快速萌发方法的关键技术。
