摘要:本发明提供了一种微生物菌群及其代谢物在肺纤维化检测和/或治疗药物制备中的应用,属于生物制药技术领域。本发明本发明通过建立博来霉素和二氧化硅诱导的两种PF模型探究PF中肠道微生物群和代谢物的差异变化,发现了具有代表性的差异微生物Lachnospiraceae_NK4A136_group、Alloprevotella以及关联的代谢物L‑Tryptophan在博来霉素和二氧化硅诱导的PF中均上调。此外,发现了L‑Tryptophan能够促进体内、外肺纤维化的进展,这可能是通过mTOR/S6信号通路进行的。这些结果为“肠‑肺轴”在PF中的作用提供了依据,并为PF提供了潜在的治疗策略。
