摘要:本发明公开了一种用离子交换树脂从钴电解液中深度除铜的方法,该方法包括如下步骤:用螯合型离子交换树脂对钴电解液进行多级逆流静态吸附,将溶液中Cu的浓度降至40mg/L以下,用低浓度酸溶液洗涤树脂,除去以物理夹带及化学吸附的Co,用酸溶液进行解吸得到富铜解吸液;对静态吸附后液进行动态吸附,控制溶液的流速与温度,从而获得Cu浓度低于3mg/L用于钴电解阴极液的钴溶液。本发明所得负载树脂中Cu/Co比高,避免了除铜渣的生成,实现了无渣化除铜。本发明具有除铜深度高,工艺简单,无杂质引入、成本低、无废气废渣排放等优点,具有十分显著的经济与环保价值。
