摘要:本发明提供高抗扭转光纤带及其制造方法,涉及光纤带产品的制造领域。所述高抗扭转光纤带的制造方法,将着色光纤并排设置得到光纤束,采用眼模在光纤束外侧涂覆并带树脂层,UV灯固化并带树脂层,得到光纤带,选择与着色光纤的着色层之间摩擦系数为0.03-0.04的树脂作为并带树脂层材料,光纤束沿直线方向通过眼模和UV灯箱,在涂覆过程中控制光纤束的中心轴线与眼模入口的中心轴线重合,在固化过程中控制光纤束的中心轴线与UV灯箱入口的中心轴线重合,所述并带树脂层的固化率为90-95%。本发明提供高抗扭转光纤带,保证20mm长的光纤带扭转180°,光纤带表面不会出现起皮、破损、散带现象。
