摘要：杂化多孔锂离子电池电解质膜的制备方法涉及到聚合物锂离子电池有机与无机杂化电解质的制备。本发明提出通过溶胶-凝胶法实现在分子水平上对聚合物的无机纳米掺杂，采用相转化法制备二氧化钛与聚偏氟乙烯-六氟丙稀共聚物杂化多孔电解质膜，使无机相以纳米尺度均匀地分散在有机相中，从而改善杂化多孔膜的多孔网络结构以及实现无机相与有机相的有机结合。本发明避免了无机相在有机相中出现大尺度的相分离，无机相均匀地分布在有机相中，杂化效果良好，因此制得的多孔型杂化电解质膜的电化学性能、稳定性等均有明显提高。

摘要：一种原位水解法掺杂二氧化钛的多孔复合聚合物电解质的制备方法，涉及到聚合物锂离子电池电解质的制备。本发明提出通过原位水解法实现对聚合物电解质的无机纳米材料掺杂，采用相转化法制备聚偏氟乙烯-六氟丙稀共聚物(PVDF-HFP)基复合电解质膜，在20～25℃下，将钛酸四丁酯稀释液滴加到搅拌的丙酮混合液中，得到TiO₂白色溶胶，再制备复合铸膜液，将PVDF-HFP和正丁醇加入到TiO₂白色溶胶中，升温到40～60℃，恒温搅拌2～4h，经制膜，得到二氧化钛掺杂的白色多孔复合聚合物膜后浸渍于锂离子电池的电解液，得到具有离子导电性能的复合电解质膜。本方法改善了电解质膜的多孔网络结构，无机材料分散非常均匀，解决了二氧化钛颗粒的团聚问题，并且二氧化钛与聚合物基体的结合紧密，复合效果良好，从而提高了多孔型复合电解质膜的电化学性能以及机械性能。

摘要：本发明涉及一种采用泡沫金属填充反应器连续制备生物柴油的装置和方法。本发明首先将油脂与溶有碱性催化剂的低碳醇溶液按设定比例分别连续注入被动式混合器4，内部形成混沌流强化混合，乳化分散。然后将乳化液连续注入到填充泡沫金属6的反应器5中，进一步强化混合，并通过反应器外部加热装置7保证反应温度。最后反应产物经分离、提纯后得到生物柴油。采用本发明的装置和方法制备生物柴油，具有工艺简单、能耗低、效率高、连续操作、便于量产等优点。
