摘要:一种转炉顶吹氧枪混吹氧气与氮气的低磷钢冶炼方法,属于转炉炼钢技术领域。是工艺步骤为:在转炉内首先进行脱磷阶段的吹炼,吹炼时间控制在6-9min,倒渣后进行正常吹炼;转炉脱磷阶段的顶吹供气为氮气与氧气的混合气体;炼钢使用的原料为铁水废钢,废钢比5%~15%。优点在于脱磷阶段由于顶吹气体中混入一部分氮气,达到了低供氧的同时顶吹供气强度不降低(顶吹搅拌强度不降低);降低了脱磷阶段熔池温度的控制,1300℃-1380℃,提高了脱磷阶段的脱磷率;实现了成品磷含量低于60ppm的低磷、极低磷钢的冶炼;可以采用高磷铁水进行冶炼,吹炼平稳、脱磷效率高。
