摘要:【中文】本发明公开一种采用3D打印和热气压胀形制造薄壁金属构件的方法,采用3D打印获得复杂的薄壁预制坯,减小后续热气压胀形时的变形量,避免出现局部胀形减薄开裂、合模过程在分模处咬边、各截面材料分配不均出现起皱等缺陷;热气压胀形可以获得很高的形状尺寸精度,热气压胀形获得需要的形状后,在保持模具闭合状态下使构件在高温和高压下停留一段时间,使材料的晶粒和相发生转变以获得需要的微观组织,高压气体对材料产生厚度方向的压实作用,可以消除原始3D打印时存在的微小孔洞,提高材料的致密度和组织性能均匀性,还可以使3D打印坯料外表面存在的微小粉粒受到挤压并填充到邻近的微小凹坑,可提高零件外表面的平整度和光洁度。 【EN】The invention discloses a method for manufacturing a thin-wall metal component by adopting 3D printing and hot air pressure bulging, which adopts 3D printing to obtain a complex thin-wall prefabricated blank, reduces the deformation amount during the subsequent hot air pressure bulging, and avoids the defects of local bulging, thinning and cracking, undercut at a die parting position in the die closing process, wrinkling of materials on each section and the like; the hot air pressure bulging can obtain high shape size precision, after the hot air pressure bulging obtains a required shape, the component is kept at a high temperature and a high pressure for a period of time under a closed state of a mold, crystal grains and phases of the material are converted to obtain a required microstructure, the high pressure gas generates a compacting effect on the material in the thickness direction, tiny holes existing in the original 3D printing process can be eliminated, the density and the structural property uniformity of the material are improved, tiny particles existing on the outer surface of a 3D printing blank can be extruded and filled into adjacent tiny pits, and the flatness and the smoothness of the outer surface of a part can be improved.

摘要:本发明提出了一种无线传感器网络路由协议推荐系统,包括仿真系统、评估模型和智能推荐终端;智能推荐终端设计流程包括:选取智能推荐终端的核心参数;根据用户选择的核心参数利用仿真系统和评估模型,计算最优路由协议供用户选择;用户对推荐的路由协议进行反馈评价,对于不满足需求的路由协议,该智能推荐终端将反馈信息入库并分析,重复调整仿真系统和评估模型,直至为用户推荐其满意的路由协议。本发明为用户推荐最为合适的路由协议,可以避免大量的重复仿真工作,进而有效缩短无线传感器网络的设计时间并降低金钱成本。
