摘要：【中文】本发明涉及一种玻璃纤维浸润剂、吸音玻璃纤维及其填充工艺，属于玻璃纤维浸润剂的开发领域。采用偶联剂、润滑剂、成膜剂、抗静电剂以及pH调节剂形成的固体组分和水制备形成浸润剂，浸润剂在玻璃纤维表面形成功能涂层，可显著改善－提升吸音、降噪用玻璃纤维的生产工艺性。改变填充工艺中的参数，将所述吸音玻璃纤维填充到汽车的器筒体中，既可以达到降低汽车噪音的目的，同时还能减少汽车尾气中颗粒排放物。 【EN】The invention relates to a glass fiber impregnating compound, sound-absorbing glass fiber and a filling process thereof, belonging to the field of development of glass fiber impregnating compounds. The impregnating compound is prepared from solid components formed by a coupling agent, a lubricant, a film forming agent, an antistatic agent and a pH regulator and water, and forms a functional coating on the surface of the glass fiber, so that the production manufacturability of the glass fiber for sound absorption and noise reduction can be obviously improved. Parameters in the filling process are changed, and the sound-absorbing glass fiber is filled into a cylinder body of an automobile, so that the aim of reducing the noise of the automobile can be fulfilled, and meanwhile, the particle emission in the tail gas of the automobile can be reduced.
