摘要：【中文】本发明是关于一种复合式轮圈制法及其结构，主要于一轮圈主体成型模具的模腔内成型一碳纤维的轮圈主体，由金属材料挤制成型一轮圈组件，并使该轮圈组件与该轮圈主体相结合，使一碳纤维的轮圈包覆层紧密包覆于相结合的轮圈主体及轮圈组件表面，借此，复合式轮圈制法及结构可提高轮圈的制作效率与良率，并达到使轮圈具轻量化目的，以及降低轮圈制造成本，利用金属材料的轮圈组件的上端的轮胎嵌肋与轮胎的胎唇的稳固嵌合，可防止轮胎漏气、脱落等情况，并通过金属材料的轮圈组件延展性及配合碳纤维的轮圈主体等所具刚性，以承受道路跳跃震动冲击，使轮圈不致发生断裂、破损情形，据此，以提高轮圈使用上安全性与耐久性。 【EN】A method for manufacturing composite wheel rim includes forming a carbon fiber wheel rim body in die cavity of a wheel rim body forming die, extruding a wheel rim component from metal material, combining the wheel rim component with the wheel rim body, tightly wrapping a carbon fiber wheel rim coating layer on the surface of the combined wheel rim body and wheel rim component, using metal material wheel rim to raise wheel rim manufacturing efficiency and yield and to reduce wheel rim manufacturing cost The wheel rim is damaged, so that the safety and the durability of the wheel rim in use are improved.
