摘要:本发明实施例提供一种稳压器电路及RFID芯片,在稳压器电路中,第一支路包括依次串联连接的功率晶体管、参考电压晶体管、使能晶体管和第一下拉晶体管,第二支路包括依次串联连接的驱动晶体管和第二下拉晶体管,并由恒流源为驱动晶体管和第一下拉晶体管、第二下拉晶体管提供偏置电流,驱动晶体管的电流输出端连接至功率晶体管的栅端,这样,电压输出端的电压与参考电压晶体管的栅源电压相关,而通过恒流源控制经过参考电压晶体管的电流保持不变,从而实现参考电压晶体管的栅源电压的稳定。此外,在输出端,采用参考电压与源级跟随器来决定输出电压值,达到降低输出阻抗的目的,无需增加额外的电路,降低了整个电路设计的复杂度。
