摘要:【中文】本发明公开了一种高低温加压环境O形圈压缩率试验装置,其中,转轴底轴上设置有转动轴沟槽,O形圈安装于转动轴沟槽中;套筒内螺纹孔的孔径大于套筒缸内孔的孔径形成梯形结构,转轴底轴旋入套筒缸内孔中使得O形圈与套筒缸内孔内壁形成径向密封,套筒进气螺纹孔与套筒缸内孔相交形成介质腔,套筒侧部设置有与套筒内螺纹孔相连通的排气孔;转接环的内圆套设于转动主轴上并螺旋连接入套筒内螺纹孔中,使得转轴大圆嵌入转接环底部内孔中;进气组件通过进气转接头与套筒进气螺纹孔密封连接,以向介质腔中输入高压流体。通过本发明的技术方案,可模拟高低温加压环境下O形圈的静态或动态密封,可多次重复使用,试验成本低,压力大小可调整。 【EN】The invention discloses a compression ratio test device for an O-shaped ring in a high-temperature and low-temperature pressurization environment, wherein a rotating shaft groove is formed in a bottom shaft of a rotating shaft, and the O-shaped ring is arranged in the rotating shaft groove; the diameter of the sleeve internal thread hole is larger than that of the sleeve cylinder inner hole to form a trapezoidal structure, the rotating shaft bottom shaft is screwed into the sleeve cylinder inner hole to enable the O-shaped ring to form radial sealing with the inner wall of the sleeve cylinder inner hole, the sleeve air inlet threaded hole and the sleeve cylinder inner hole are intersected to form a medium cavity, and the side part of the sleeve is provided with an exhaust hole communicated with the sleeve internal thread hole; the inner circle of the adapter ring is sleeved on the rotating main shaft and is spirally connected into the inner threaded hole of the sleeve, so that the large circle of the rotating shaft is embedded into the inner hole at the bottom of the adapter ring; the air inlet assembly is connected with the sleeve air inlet threaded hole in a sealing mode through the air inlet adapter so as to input high-pressure fluid into the medium cavity. Through the technical scheme of the invention, the static or dynamic sealing of the O-shaped ring in a high-temperature and low-temperature pressurization environment can be simulated, the O-shaped ring can be repeatedly used, the test cost is low, and the pressure can be adjusted.
