摘要:【中文】本发明涉及聚醚多元醇技术领域,提供了一种利用生物质制备聚芳基醚多元醇的方法,本发明使用氯化胆碱、草酸和乙二醇组成的低共熔溶剂对生物质进行热处理,热处理物料经除杂后使用有机溶剂/水共溶剂进行萃取分离,即可得到聚芳基醚多元醇。本发明直接从生物质制备聚芳基醚多元醇,减少了石油基化学品的使用,简化了制备步骤;避免了有毒有害的溶剂或催化剂的使用,降低了成本,更加环保;本发明采用有机溶剂/水共溶剂萃取分离聚芳基醚多元醇,操作简单,易规模化制备;进一步的,本发明的制备条件温和,能耗低;本发明的以上优点均有利于聚芳基醚多元醇的简单、大规模制备,进而促进环保型聚氨酯发泡材料的开发利用,具有实际意义。 【EN】The invention relates to the technical field of polyether polyol, and provides a method for preparing polyaryl ether polyol by using biomass. 摘要:【中文】本发明提供了一种抑制木质素芳基醚二聚体和/或木质素芳基醚二聚体解聚产物缩合的方法,属于木质素解聚技术领域。本发明提供的抑制木质素芳基醚二聚体和/或木质素芳基醚二聚体解聚产物缩合的方法,包括以下步骤:将木质素芳基醚二聚体与低共熔溶剂混合,将所得混合物料在加热条件下进行反应;所述低共熔溶剂为氯化胆碱、二醇和草酸的混合物。本发明以氯化胆碱、二醇和草酸的混合物作为低共熔溶剂,在无任何催化剂添加的情况下,便可实现抑制木质素芳基醚二聚体分子内/分子间缩合以及木质素芳基醚二聚体解聚产物的醛醛缩合;且所述低共熔溶剂绿色无毒,可回收,可降解。本发明提供的方法工艺简单、抑制缩合效果显著。 【EN】The invention provides a method for inhibiting condensation of lignin aryl ether dimer and/or lignin aryl ether dimer depolymerization products, belonging to the technical field of lignin depolymerization. The invention provides a method for inhibiting condensation of lignin aryl ether dimer and/or lignin aryl ether dimer depolymerization products, which comprises the following steps: mixing the lignin aryl ether dimer with a eutectic solvent, and reacting the obtained mixed material under the heating condition; the eutectic solvent is a mixture of choline chloride, glycol and oxalic acid. The method takes the mixture of choline chloride, glycol and oxalic acid as a eutectic solvent, and can realize the inhibition of intramolecular/intermolecular condensation of lignin aryl ether dimer and aldehyde condensation of depolymerization products of the lignin aryl ether dimer under the condition of no catalyst addition; and the eutectic solvent is green, nontoxic, recyclable and degradable. The method provided by the invention has the advantages of simple process and obvious condensation inhibition effect.
