摘要:【中文】本发明提供了一种隔膜泵用十字头滑套结构及滑套箱,解决现有十字头滑套采用导板式结构,装配过程复杂、装配存在误差,以及上、下导板在工作过程中易松动的问题。其中滑套结构包括筒体、连接在筒体一端的环形连接板;所述筒体的筒壁上沿径向开设有油孔;所述筒体的筒壁上开设有长条孔,所述长条孔的长度方向与筒体轴线平行;所述环形连接板中部设有通孔,环形连接板上设有多个用于与外部机架连接的安装孔。滑套箱包括机架和上述隔膜泵用十字头滑套结构;所述筒体套设在机架内;所述机架上设有多个与所述安装孔配合的第二螺纹孔,通过螺栓依次穿过安装孔和第二螺纹孔将环形连接板与机架固定。 【EN】The invention provides a crosshead sliding sleeve structure for a diaphragm pump and a sliding sleeve box, which solve the problems that the existing crosshead sliding sleeve is of a guide plate type structure, the assembly process is complex, errors exist in assembly, and an upper guide plate and a lower guide plate are easy to loosen in the working process. The sliding sleeve structure comprises a cylinder body and an annular connecting plate connected to one end of the cylinder body; the wall of the cylinder body is radially provided with an oil hole; the wall of the barrel is provided with a long hole, and the length direction of the long hole is parallel to the axis of the barrel; the middle part of the annular connecting plate is provided with a through hole, and the annular connecting plate is provided with a plurality of mounting holes used for being connected with an external rack. The sliding sleeve box comprises a frame and a crosshead sliding sleeve structure for the diaphragm pump; the cylinder body is sleeved in the rack; the rack is provided with a plurality of second threaded holes matched with the mounting holes, and the annular connecting plate is fixed with the rack by sequentially penetrating the mounting holes and the second threaded holes through bolts.

摘要:【中文】本发明涉及一种隔膜泵柱塞缸体与隔膜腔体的定位工装及加工工艺,目的是为了解决现有技术中存在的定位工装通用性差,导致工装制造成本高的问题。本发明将下V型块、上V型块及中V型块均设置为相互分开的两个结构,下V型块和上V型块安装于第一定位板上的第一定位槽上,中V型块安装于第二定位板上的第二定位槽内;类似大型三通的待加工零件的三个端面的直径均不同,利用本发明的定位工装,只需调整左下块和右下块之间的距离以及左前块和左后块之间的距离,便可实现任意直径的待加工零件的定位,由此,提高了定位工装的通用性,降低了制作成本。 【EN】The invention relates to a positioning tool for a plunger cylinder body and a diaphragm cavity of a diaphragm pump and a machining process, and aims to solve the problem that the manufacturing cost of the tool is high due to poor universality of the positioning tool in the prior art. The lower V-shaped block, the upper V-shaped block and the middle V-shaped block are respectively arranged into two structures which are separated from each other, the lower V-shaped block and the upper V-shaped block are arranged on a first positioning groove on a first positioning plate, and the middle V-shaped block is arranged in a second positioning groove on a second positioning plate; the diameters of the three end faces of the part to be machined, which is similar to a large tee, are different, and the positioning of the part to be machined with any diameter can be realized by using the positioning tool provided by the invention only by adjusting the distance between the left lower block and the right lower block and the distance between the left front block and the left rear block, so that the universality of the positioning tool is improved, and the manufacturing cost is reduced.
