摘要:【中文】本发明公开了一种高精度液压拉伸器,套筒支撑的套在支撑座上端,拉伸螺母上端设有凸缘、下端伸入套筒和支撑座且能与螺栓配合,套筒上开设有液压通道,液压通道的出口与活塞滑动配合、入口通过快速接头与数字液压泵连接,活塞工作时能上顶凸缘,定扭力组件包括设在支撑座上的旋钮、可配合套在螺母上的拨盘、与拨盘外圈配合的棘轮和与棘轮固定的传动盘,旋钮的工作端与传动盘通过锥齿轮结构啮合,棘轮的扭力可调,数字液压泵采用数字化控制且能够检测、显示和调节液压,网络控制终端能同时与多个此拉伸器的数字液压泵组网连接、控制各数字液压泵同步工作并显示和调节液压。本发明实现了定力预紧和高精度同步等值加压,提高了拆装精度和拆装效率。 【EN】The invention discloses a high-precision hydraulic stretcher, wherein a sleeve support is sleeved at the upper end of a support seat, the upper end of a stretching nut is provided with a flange, the lower end of the stretching nut extends into the sleeve and the support seat and can be matched with a bolt, the sleeve is provided with a hydraulic channel, the outlet of the hydraulic channel is in sliding fit with a piston, the inlet of the hydraulic channel is connected with a digital hydraulic pump through a quick connector, the flange can be pushed upwards when the piston works, a constant torque assembly comprises a knob arranged on the support seat and a drive plate which can be matched and sleeved on, the digital hydraulic pump is digitally controlled and can detect, display and adjust hydraulic pressure, and the network control terminal can be connected with the digital hydraulic pumps of a plurality of the stretchers in a networking mode, controls the digital hydraulic pumps to synchronously work and display and adjust the hydraulic pressure. The invention realizes constant force pre-tightening and high-precision synchronous equivalent pressurization, and improves the disassembly and assembly precision and the disassembly and assembly efficiency.
